Lumenus was pleased to join federal and sector leaders at the Central Toronto Youth Wellness Hub Ontario (YWHO) for an important announcement yesterday.

More than $13 million in new federal funding is being invested to advance youth mental health research and help strengthen how young people access support.

This funding will support research, collaboration, and evidence-informed approaches to youth mental health.

We’re grateful to see continued investment in building a stronger, more connected youth mental health system so young people and their families can get the supports they need to thrive.

Back-to-school season can bring a lot of change for little ones. For children with autism, that transition can take some extra preparation and support.

That’s what our Back-to-School Camp is all about.

Designed for children ages 3-6 with autism, the program gives kids a chance to practice and build familiarity with some of the routines and experiences they may encounter when they head to school.
CTV Toronto stopped by the to see it in action, meet some of our families, and speak with Farrah Ladha about the importance of routine and preparation for children with autism.
