One of the ministries that I enjoy doing is investing in younger ministers. I realize that eventually my generation will meet the Savior. But we have a responsibility to train those that will come after us. This is why we at TM are involved in teaching, mentoring, and encouraging pastors and indigenous leaders throughout the formerly Communist lands.
