The Political Science Students' Association (PSSA) is the Departmental Student Association (DSA) representing political science and public policy students at the University of Toronto Scarborough. The PSSA is committed to:
- Serving as liaison between students and the Department of Political Science;
- Advocating for the academic interests of students;

Do you want to make a meaningful impact on the next generation of Political Science students while building your own leadership, mentorship, and professional skills?

PSSA Connects is looking for passionate upper-year students to mentor incoming and second-year students throughout the academic year. As a mentor, you’ll help students navigate university life, explore career paths, build academic confidence, and become part of a collaborative community within the Department of Political Science.
✨ As a mentor, you’ll:
📚 Share your experiences and advice
🤝 Build lasting connections with mentees and fellow mentors
🌟 Strengthen your leadership and communication skills
🎓 Earn CCR recognition for your involvement
No prior mentorship experience is required—we’re looking for students who are passionate about supporting others and helping build a stronger Political Science community.
