Free gift for new clients who book in September 🎁

September is my birthday month, and I am counting down the days with genuine excitement. Some people might joke about turning 29 for the tenth year in a row, but I am grateful to embrace 38. This is a threshold that not everybody gets to cross happy and healthy, so I am savouring it like a gift in and of itself.

If you are expecting a baby, this month is the perfect time to connect with me and be sure your postpartum support system is ready. I offer FREE consultations, and for **all new clients** that book in September I’ll gift you a care package worth $38.

Comment, DM, or email [email protected] to get started.

September brings a whole new rhythm. Early morning walks to the bus stop, packing lunches, and helping kiddos navigate the emotional ups and downs of a new school year can make the days feel packed before they even begin.

Add a newborn to that mix, and back to school can feel nearly impossible. But you don't have to carry both transitions on your own. Dedicated postpartum support creates the breathing room you need to handle the back-to-school shift with patience, presence, and peace of mind.

I have availability to support three more families this September, and I would love to be in your corner as you support your household through this season.

Send me a DM or tap the link in my bio to connect, and let's map out a plan that gives your family room to breathe this fall.

In the postpartum season, newborns are often the focus, but I truly believe effective postpartum support centers the mother—her needs, her healing, and her story, no matter what her journey looks like.

As part of my DONA certification, I have been spending time with resources dedicated to infant loss and bereavement care. One tender, deeply impactful book is From Three Heartbeats to One by Keisha Wells.

Swipe through the slides to read my review of this compassionate guide.

I am sharing this resource for two main reasons:

1. To share a resource recommendation for anyone currently walking through infant loss, or for those who want to support a grieving loved one.
2. To let you know that I am committed to providing safe, informed, and compassionate support for all postpartum experiences.

If you are navigating the postpartum period without your baby in your arms, I am so very sorry for your loss. Know that your healing still matters. Your body is recovering, your heart is carrying a profound load, and you deserve gentle, practical care during this time.

Happy Canada Day to all the pregnant and postpartum families that are making memories at backyard BBQs and community events, especially to those who applied maple leaf temporary tattoos and are now branded by sunburns for the next week.

Happy Canada Day to the family and friends who are taking older kids out for some fun so that mom and/or dad can stay home with a baby near snacks and A/C and maybe even steal a nap.

Happy Canada Day, and may your white noise machine muffle all the fireworks tonight 🙏

So many moms I speak to wish they had MORE postpartum support if they had only known what they were in for. Birth plans are all the rage, but how many expectant families are prepared with a postpartum plan for the weeks after they bring their new baby home?

3rd trimester moms, this one's for you! For the month of June I am offering 80% off one hour of virtual support! New virtual clients will also receive a complimentary digital copy of my **Fourth Trimester planning workbook**, which covers postpartum essentials for mom & baby.

There are no strings attached and nothing else you need to buy or commit to - this offer is just $10 for an hour of support to

* discuss your birth plan and contingencies
* prepare for bringing baby home
* strategize how to eat/rest/feel human during postpartum
