Licence holders who fail to co-operate with PEO investigations can now be found guilty of professional misconduct under Regulation 941 of the Professional Engineers Act. The amendments broaden the definition of professional misconduct to include withholding information or failing to provide complete, accurate and timely responses to PEO.
