Thinking about running in the 2026 Local Government Election? Nomination packages are now available for pickup at the Village Office! Come by and pick up your package today.

Warfield voters will elect:
🗳️1 Mayor
🗳️ 4 Councillors

To run for local office, you must:
📌Be at least 18 years old on General Voting Day
📌 Be a Canadian citizen
📌 Have lived in BC for at least 6 months before filing nomination papers
📌 Not be disqualified under the Local Government Act or any other enactment

Pick up a nomination package from the Village office or visit our website for more information.

Completed packages may be returned to the Chief Election Officer or delegate between Tuesday, September 1 and Friday, September 11, 2026.

Get your last laps in at the Warfield Centennial Pool! Tomorrow, Wednesday August 26, is the last day for public swimming and Thursday, August 27 is the last day for laps.
A big thank you to the energetic and enthusiastic staff we had at the pool this year, and to all our wonderful patrons for supporting our pool.
