๐ŸŒธ Step Into Spring โ€“ Final Week Recap! ๐ŸŒธ

What an incredible journey it has been! Together, we stepped our way through the challenge with amazing energy, dedication, and teamwork, reaching an incredible total of 43,933,710 steps!

A huge thank you to everyone who participated, supported one another, and helped make this challenge such a success. Whether you contributed a few steps or a few thousand, every single step made a difference and helped us reach this milestone together.

Weโ€™re so proud of what we accomplished as a community this spring, and we hope you had as much fun participating as we did organizing it!

Thank you again for being part of Step Into Spring, we canโ€™t wait to do it all again next year!

CAMP REGISTRATION IS OPEN NOW!

Be sure to register early, as camps fill up quickly!

Fun in the Sun Day Camp Registration will be open for kids aged 5-12 (those 5 years of age must be entering Grade 1 in September 2026).
Dates and Locations:
July 6 - 10th: Upper Stewiacke Elementary & Redcliff Middle School (Valley)
July 13 - 17th: Cobequid Consolidated (Old Barns) & Chiganois Elementary (Masstown)
July 20 - 24th: South Colchester Academy (Brookfield) & Valley Elementary
July 27 - 31st: West Colchester Consolidated (Bass River) & North River Elementary
*August 4 - 7th: Hilden Elementary & Redcliff Middle School (Valley)
August 10 - 14th: South Colchester Academy (Brookfield) & Debert Elementary
August 17 โ€“ 21st: South Colchester Academy (Brookfield) & Valley Elementary
All camps will run from 8:30am-4:00pm.
Registration Fees:
5 Day Week
1 Child- $125.00
2 Children- $240.00
3 Children- $350.00
*August 4 - 7th (Due to Holiday)
1 Child- $100.00
2 Children- $190.00
3 Children- $280.00

Hi! My name is Lienna, and I am 20 years old. I am headed into my fourth year at Acadia University, studying Kinesiology and Athletic Therapy. This is my third year at Fun in the Sun, but this will be my first summer as Camp Coordinator. I love playing sports, but my favourite would have to be soccer! Hi everyone! My name is Hannah, I am 22 years old, and I recently completed a Bachelor of Arts at Dalhousie University. This fall, I will be starting my first year in the Bachelor of Education program at St.FX University. This is my fifth year with Fun in the Sun, but my second summer as camp coordinator. At camp, I love doing outdoor activities, crafts, and water day! I am so excited for another fun and memorable summer!
