📚✨ 10 years ago this month, we closed the doors to the old Truro Library for the very last time.

Since then, we’ve welcomed thousands of visitors, hosted countless programs, answered a lot of questions, and watched our community grow in so many wonderful ways. ❤️

Do you remember the old library building?

[Image description: 1st photo-The image shows a group of people posing together inside the old Truro Library. There are about a dozen adults standing close together and smiling toward the camera, all staff from the Truro Library.
2nd photo - The image shows the inside of the old Truro Library, with a lot of cardboard boxes stacked on the left side. In the centre and right side, there are tall wooden shelving units with many mostly empty shelves. A bright red carpet covers the floor.
3rd photo - The image shows the front entrance of the old Truro Library. It has a plain, modern look with large glass doors and tall glass panels on both sides. Above the entrance, there is a sign that says "Public Library, Colchester-East Hants".]
