Junior Guards is the perfect place to start! Learn the foundations of lifeguarding through hands on activities, rescue skills, fitness challenges, teamwork, and water safety all while having fun in the pool. ☀️

We love seeing your four legged friends enjoying our parks! As a reminder, all dogs must remain on a leash in Victoria Park and all Town of Truro parks, with the exception of the Truro–Bible Hill Dog Park, which is designated for off-leash play.

Please also remember to always clean up after your pet. Our parks are shared spaces enjoyed by families, children, hikers, and visitors, and picking up after your dog helps keep them clean, and enjoyable for everyone.

Whether you're in a park, on a trail, along a sidewalk, or in your neighbourhood, if your dog goes, please pick it up.
