♿️ National AccessAbility Week | May 31 – June 6, 2026 ♿️

The District of Tumbler Ridge is proud to recognize National AccessAbility Week from May 31 to June 6, 2026.

This week celebrates the valuable contributions of Canadians with disabilities and highlights the importance of creating accessible and inclusive communities where everyone can participate fully.

Residents with disabilities contribute greatly to the social, cultural, and economic strength of our community. National AccessAbility Week is an opportunity to recognize the efforts of individuals, organizations, businesses, and community groups working to remove barriers and promote inclusion for all.

Mayor Darryl Krakowka and Council have officially proclaimed May 31 – June 6, 2026, as National AccessAbility Week in the District of Tumbler Ridge and encourage all residents to take part in raising awareness and supporting accessibility throughout our community.

Together, we can continue building a community that is welcoming, inclusive, and accessible for everyone.
