What is Select Baseball?

Select Baseball is a higher-level competitive program that provides players with additional development opportunities through competitive games, tournaments, and structured practices throughout the season.

⚾ Travel to tournaments and compete against teams from across the region
⚾ More structured practices and a higher level of competition
⚾ Coach-led team management, including tournaments, fundraising, scheduling, and season planning
⚾ Greater commitment required from players and families than traditional house league baseball

💰 Estimated season costs are approximately $700-$800 per player, depending on team activities and tournament schedules.
🥎 Please bring a helmet, bat, glove, cleats, and a positive attitude to tryouts.
📋 Registration for all tryouts must be completed through the Township of Tyendinaga.

Your Rental Includes:
- Tables, chairs and place settings for approximately 150 guests
- Full use of the kitchen
- The option to have the bar open and staffed for an additional fee

Rental Rates:

- Prime Time Day Block: $225.89 + HST
- Prime Time Evening Block: $247.45 + HST
- Prime Time Full Day: $425.98
- Refundable damage deposit: $215.14 — HST exempt

Registration is Now Open for Fall Yoga & Zumba! 🧘💃

Looking to stay active this fall? Registration is now open for both UB Yoga with Jeff Peck and Monday Evening Zumba with Brenda Barker at the Tyendinaga Recreation Hall!

Based on participant feedback, we've added more flexibility to our Yoga program this session. Participants can register for 6 of the 8 classes and choose which dates work best for them, with an add-on available for those who wish to attend all 8 classes.
