🌹 It's officially the 6th anniversary of the DSOV and we're gonna celebrate with food and discussion.

One question that comes up at all our events is, “How can I get involved in a campaign.” This month will be the first in a series of planning sessions to help identify issues that are important to our members and form working groups around them.

2026 May Day Social Justice Information Fair has been held in Grandview Park in Vancouver for over a decade. The fair is an open invitation to a broad range of social justice groups to come down, set up an information table and talk to the community.

Building a free and just society starts with people coming together face-to-face — neighbours meeting, sharing ideas, building relationships, and taking control of political life at the local level. Real change comes when ordinary people organize, educate, and support each other. Every conversation strengthens the foundation for a society based on democracy, solidarity, and collective power.
