While between UBC and Vancouver, we are part of neither. We have zero governance and are “managed” through the UEL office by our Provincial Government. We are committed to all the residents of UEL. We support one another. We are against high rises and empty homes. We collectively support the renters, the homeowners, who live in their homes and all the residents, our neighbours, who make up our lit

tle community. We support and are neighborhoods, committed to the preservation of our peninsula, our salmon streams, our migratory birds and the nature which surrounds us.
