As we prepare to welcome Rosh Hashanah🍎, food takes on an even deeper meaning—bringing families and communities together around the holiday table. Yet for too many in our community, rising food and housing costs make that table harder to fill.

JFS is here to ensure that families, seniors, and people living with disabilities can celebrate the High Holidays with dignity, nourishment, and a sense of belonging.

Join us for Project Isaiah to uplift our community and ensure no one is left behind.

Handmade with love, sold for a cause.🐾

At JFS, we believe in building social connection in our community.

We're excited to share that our Sewing Social group's handmade dog bandanas have been accepted into the Craft Council of BC's Pals & Kin exhibit!

The bandanas will be displayed next week there in Granville Island, with every sale supporting the BCSPCA.

This creative milestone was made possible by the funding from , which equipped our group with sewing machines and materials to keep building skills and community together.
