Some teachers stay with you long after grade school.

Gary still gets together a couple times a year with his grade 2 teacher, Judy Wilson, someone he credits with helping shape his love of reading, writing, and learning from an early age. More than that, she created a classroom that felt welcoming, encouraging, and safe.

Sometimes the people who shape us most don’t fully realize the impact they had, but we never forget them. Feel free to shout out a teacher who influenced you in the comments!

The dodgeball recap video is live! 🎥 To everyone who kindly donated to Pooni Group Foundation for the chance to launch a ball straight at Gary: your generosity (and your aim) was incredible! 🙌 Meanwhile, Gary was out there channeling the literal Eye of the Tiger just to survive the onslaught. 🐯🔥 A huge, heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who stepped onto the court, hurled a ball, and laughed with us. We couldn’t have done it without you!

From cowboy hats to trucker hats, Gary has officially entered his Y2K era. You saw it here first: his summer style is giving peak Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie from The Simple Life.

But in all seriousness, the trucker hat is also a nod to Gary’s dad, who ran a trucking business back in the day. A little nostalgia, a little tribute, and a fresh new look.
