Thank you to everyone who joined the Grandview-Woodland Community Policing Centre (GWCPC) team on Commercial Drive on Monday!

We loved connecting with our amazing neighbours while:

🚲 Registering bikes with Project 529.
🛡️ Sharing community safety resources.
🍦 Enjoying free ice cream sandwiches.
⚾ Playing rounds of bocce ball and Jenga!

🍦 Big thanks to everyone who stopped by our office on the 14th! The GWCPC outreach team loved connecting with our neighbours for National Creamsicle Day.

We had a great afternoon sharing free creamsicles, giving out dog treats, and chatting about crime prevention tips to keep our community safe. 🐾

Cool conversations were had at our Beat the Heat workshop last Friday. Our volunteers continued the conversation Saturday as they distributed free cooling kits and resource information to our local elders. Elders can get a free cooling kit at the GWCPC while quantities last.
