FULL ENDORSEMENT 👇

I’m proud to endorse Annette Reilly for Vancouver City Council.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Annette as an actor and I'm well-aware of the work she does behind the camera. Anyone who understands what a 1st AD does understands the kind of leadership that job demands: preparation, organization, diplomacy, problem-solving, and the ability to bring a large group of people together under enormous pressure. Annette has those skills.

But what has always struck me most about Annette as an actor is something equally important. She listens. She is open. She is willing to be vulnerable, to trust the people around her, and to respond to what is actually happening in the moment rather than simply waiting for her turn to speak.

Those qualities matter in an artist. I think they matter even more in a public servant.

Annette has also never been someone who waits for permission to make things happen. She creates her own projects, advocates for the things she believes in, and puts in the work to turn ideas into something real.

Vancouver needs leaders who can listen, collaborate, make difficult decisions, and then actually get things done. I believe Annette Reilly will be that kind of City Councillor, and I’m very happy to support her.
