😱How incredible are these orchid species and hybrids from the members of the Vancouver Orchid Society!?

If you haven't stopped by Bloedel yet, we recently opened a new permanent orchid installation in partnership with the Vancouver Orchid Society with a rotating collection of orchids on display.

Today, Saturday, January 10, they are hosting accredited judges from the AOS Western Canada Judging Center to evaluate over 50 orchids from their members at Bloedel! Stop by to see these irl! 😍

😮 Members of the Vancouver Orchid Society have brought in OVER 50 incredible orchid species and hybrids to be judged by accredited judges from the AOS Western Canada Judging Center on January 10. Stop by to for a chance to see these rare orchids on display for a very limited time at Bloedel!

😱 The VOS Orchid Display is bursting with blooms right now! Did you know these orchids belong to members of the Vancouver Orchid Society? Thanks to their generosity, we’re able to share these incredible plants with all of you.

Tens of thousands of orchid hybrids have been created for people to enjoy, often with unusual names to honour them. Some of the orchids currently on display include:
