Look for transit staff during your journey. Transit Police, SkyTrain Attendants and Canada Line Attendants are often found near ticket machines or on platforms. ^CC

Whenever you report an incident or call for help using the Transit Police texting line (87-7777) or phone (604.515.8300), make note of the unique bus or train number which you can find on the inside and outside of vehicles to help dispatch identify specifically where you or the incident is located. ^CC

• your mode of transport (Skytrain, Bus, Seabus)
• your location (nearest stop or station)
• your direction of travel (eg. towards Waterfront Station)
