The 2026 edition of Samuel Beswick’s Torts casebook is now available: https://zurl.co/iSuAF. This edition features new map pins 📍 and content including abridged versions of SCC decisions Ahluwalia v. Ahluwalia (intimate partner violence), R v. Singer (implied license to enter private property), and Resler v. Anglin (misfeasance in public office); important lower court judgments such as Paddy-Cannon v. Canada (damages for abuse of Indigenous children; loss of culture, language, identity), and excerpts from significant recent foreign judgments, notably from the High Court of Australia.
