Rural Municipality of Piney The R.M. of Piney is located in Southeastern Manitoba. Come explore the natural beauty that exists within a short drive of Winnipeg’s perimeter.

The RM of Piney consists of 12 communities with a total population of around 1,755 people. The people in these friendly communities mostly speak English as a first language; however, French, German, Polish, and Ukrainian are also spoken here. When not putting on festivals and other activities, the people of the area can be found hard at work. The principal industries in the area are agriculture an

d forestry. Snowmobile, fishing, hunting, forests and lakes; there is something for each person. the natural woodlands, the diverse wildlife, the abundance of wild fruit waiting to be plucked and savored, and the pleasant, friendly communities will make your visit a memorable one!
