Irrigated Land Lease Auction – June 8, 2026
The MD of Taber, in partnership with the Bow River Irrigation District, is hosting a public auction for irrigated agricultural land leases.

Four irrigated land blocks will be available for 4‑year lease terms starting in the 2027 crop year.

Eligible bidders include MD of Taber residents and BRID irrigators/lessees.

On April 7, the Municipal District of Taber Agricultural Service Board (ASB) hosted its annual Commodity and Producer Group Meeting. This important gathering provides agricultural organizations with an opportunity to share their successes and challenges from the past year, and to discuss how the Municipal District of Taber can continue to support their work and the agriculture industry as a whole—both locally and across the province.

We greatly value the open dialogue and collaboration shared during this meeting and look forward to continuing to work alongside these dedicated groups to strengthen agriculture throughout our municipality.
