The City of Vernon continues to actively support response efforts related to the Bradley Creek Wildfire and is closely monitoring the situation as it evolves. We understand this is a challenging time for many in our community, and we remain committed to sharing timely updates and providing support to those who have been affected.
Key information:
➡️ Emergency Support Services (ESS) are available online (ess.gov.bc.ca) and by phone (1-800-387-4258) for eligible evacuees. Assistance can be accessed without visiting the Reception Centre.
➡️ ESS Reception Centre 📍 Kal Tire Place, 3445 43 Avenue 🕘 Open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

➡️ Lead response – Response efforts continue under the leadership of the Okanagan Indian Band, RDNO and Township of Spallumcheen, with support from partner agencies and local governments throughout the region. There are no current wildfires in Vernon, BC. Our Emergency Operations Centre remains active and Vernon Fire Rescue Services continues to connect evacuees with emergency supports.
