The Fourth Global Order is working to create a Global Authority to implement a Global Constitution. The Global Authority will be decided through the meritocratic process. The reason for this is because democracy can not be trusted. Capitalist interests have disproportionate power in the political process. People of elite wealth know how to use their financial influence to ensure their political pawn gets elected. A meritocracy can remedy this flaw. With the implementation of a meritocratic institution wealth has no value or influence. A meritocracy will ensure all citizens have the opportunity to be recognized and advanced in proportion to their abilities and accomplishments. Effective leadership is not about making speeches or being liked; leadership is defined by progress not approval ratings. Leadership is a potent combination of strategy and results.
