𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐛𝐨𝐱, 𝐕𝐢𝐞𝐰 𝐑𝐨𝐲𝐚𝐥!

The Town of View Royal's 2026 Community Satisfaction Survey is now underway, and we want to hear from you.

Over the coming days, households across View Royal will receive a postcard in the mail containing a unique PIN to access the online survey. The survey takes approximately 10–15 minutes to complete and is your opportunity to share your thoughts on Town services, quality of life, and priorities for the future.

𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫?
The results will help inform Council's strategic planning process following the October municipal election and guide future priorities, investments, and decision-making in our community. Your feedback will help us understand what's working well, where improvements may be needed, and what matters most to residents.

As a thank you for participating, residents who complete the survey can enter a draw to win one $500 VISA gift card or one of five $100 VISA gift cards.

The survey is being administered by Leger, an independent research firm, and is designed to be statistically valid, providing a representative picture of community views. All responses are confidential.

Watch for your postcard in the mail and take the opportunity to share your perspective. Learn more: www.viewroyal.ca/communitysatisfactionsurvey

What a day! 🚒🌭🔥

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us at the View Royal Fire Rescue Open House on Saturday. From exploring fire trucks and meeting firefighters to enjoying hot dogs and watching the live vehicle rescue demonstration, it was great to see so many community members come out and join the fun.

Events like this are a great opportunity to connect with residents, showcase the work of View Royal Fire Rescue, and inspire the next generation of firefighters.

Thanks for making it such a memorable day. We hope to see you again next year!
