Plainsman Builders has been chosen as the construction manager for the 350 Aspen Street 100 Mile House BC Housing project and is requesting quotations for individual scopes of work from qualified trade contractors. Paired with Karan, a newcomer with international construction experience, Ric provided guidance on navigating BC’s construction industry, training pathways, and Red Seal certification.

The experience also offered Ric a new perspective on the challenges many skilled newcomers face when building their careers in Canada.
