Rock Bay Square is managed by PARAMOUNT EXECUTIVE CENTRE. 2612 – 2630 Bridge Street, originally built in the early 1920's, is 3 buildings amalgamated as one. At one time, the building was part of a mill, with lumber flowing up from the Inner Harbour. Currently, the building has 57 units and its tenants include painters,

multi media professionals, leather workers, jewellers, wood workers, musicians, consultants, book keepers, restaurateurs, cabinet makers and so much more. Rock Bay Square is a gathering place for an eclectic community of artists like no other and allows craftspeople the space to practice and grow their crafts. This building showcases the work and services of such a wide variety of artists; there is always someone or something interesting just around one of the many corners! It should also be noted that Rock Bay Square is home to the neighbourhood's unofficial tourist attraction, the rickety bang old cargo elevator!
