🚧 Communities Encouraged to Get “Prepared Together” During Emergency Preparedness Week 2026 – May 3 to 9, 2026
Emergencies can happen at any time, and preparedness is a shared responsibility. By working together—neighbours, community groups, municipalities, and organizations—we can build safer, more resilient communities.

Throughout the week, residents are encouraged to:
📋 Make a Plan – Create or review a household emergency plan
🎒 Build a Kit – Build or update a 72-hour emergency kit
🚨Stay Informed – Learn about local risks and emergency procedures

Visit the Wainfleet Township Public Library from May 4 to 9 during business hours to participate in an interactive, family-friendly emergency preparedness activity and learn how to better prepare for emergencies.
