Wallace Volunteer Fire Department

10/08/2026

This week, we’re excited to share that Wallace Fire has received $30,000 through the Nova Scotia Government Emergency Services Provider Fund (ESPF) toward the purchase of new battery-powered rescue tools!

Pictured are two of our firefighters with some of our new equipment, helping us provide safer and more effective emergency response to our community.

Grants like this, along with your continued support of Nova Scotia Firefighters 50-50, and The Fireplace Thrift Shoppe help us keep our department equipped and ready to respond!

🎟️ Click the link to purchase your 50/50 tickets before 9:00pm tonight!

A big thank you to Enbridge

Through their Fueling Futures program, Enbridge provided a generous $7,500 grant toward the purchase of a new battery-powered rescue tool.

This new equipment strengthens our rescue capabilities and helps our firefighters respond safely and effectively when it matters most.

Thank you, Enbridge, for supporting our volunteers and our community!
