Veteran Banner nominations are now open.

Each November, the Town of Wasaga Beach proudly displays veteran banners along River Road West, recognizing local veterans and sharing their stories of service with our community.

Launched in 2016, the Veteran Banner Recognition Program has honoured 30 veterans to date.

Residents are invited to nominate a veteran who currently resides, or has previously resided, in Wasaga Beach for consideration in the program.

Work to expand parking at Wasaga Stars Arena and Wasaga Beach Public Library is scheduled to begin October 15, weather permitting.

Existing parking and entrances to the arena and library will not be affected by this work.
