ADULT CRAFT CLUB & FIRST NATIONS PUBLIC LIBRARY WEEK- Thank you to Dave and Shaun for showing us how to make a dreamcatcher and sharing the teaching behind it. First Nations Public Library Week! A big thank you to Firewolf, for taking the time to come and share her beautiful talent with us and for sharing the meaning behind the art. We enjoyed all the teachings and appreciated your commitment to sharing that knowledge and history with us. We are truly grateful for your participation in helping the library celebrate First Nations Public Library Week!
We were also very happy to have the Eagle Medicine Singers join us for a few songs! Thank you to Adrienne, Waseya and Christina for making another First Nations Public Library week so memorable! We appreciate your amazing talent and are grateful for your participation in helping the Wawa Public Library celebrate and share Indigenous Culture.
