Meet Peppa, a sweet girl with a goofy side just waiting to shine!

Peppa can be a little shy when meeting new people, but give her some patience and kindness, and it won't take long for her playful personality to come out!

She enjoys spending time with other dogs and could do well in a home with a compatible canine friend. Like many young dogs, Peppa is still working on her manners, especially when her excitement gets the best of her!

With a little guidance, continued training and a family willing to help build her confidence, Peppa has so much love and personality to share.

Our shelter dogs were more than happy to help inspect the delivery, and we think it’s safe to say these treats have their stamp of approval.

Donations like these are a great way to add a little extra enrichment (and a lot of excitement) to their days while they wait for their forever homes.

Oh boy, do we have a cute crew to introduce!

Meet our Mickey Mouse Clubhouse litter! Donald, Pluto, Minnie, Micky and Daisy are five adorable puppies looking for their happily ever afters!

These little ones are ready to trade their clubhouse adventures for cozy beds, plenty of toys and families to call their own.

As with any puppy, they'll need patience, training and lots of love as they grow into their personalities.

Meet Shanta, our new Foster Pathways Coordinator! 🐾💙

Working across our Niagara Falls, Welland and Port Colborne shelters, Shanta is helping connect animals in need with foster families who can provide them with a loving place to stay.

Her goal? To make the best possible matches between animals and foster families, setting both up for long-term success.

A special thank you to the PEDIGREE Foundation for funding this important role and helping us create more opportunities for animals in our care to thrive.

We're excited to have Shanta on the team and can't wait to see the difference she'll make!

Two adorable faces looking for their forever homes!

Meet Harlow and Ram! These Cane Corso mix puppies are currently waiting at our Welland Shelter for families to call their own.

Harlow is a beautiful black female, while Ram is a handsome brindle male. Both are at the beginning of their journeys and looking for loving homes where they can grow, learn and make plenty of memories.

As they grow, these pups will need families ready to provide the training, socialization, patience and commitment that come with raising a large-breed puppy.
