Regularly testing your smoke alarms is one way you can protect your family in the event of an emergency.

โš ๏ธEnsure you have smoke detectors on every floor, as well as every sleeping room.
โ€‹โš ๏ธSmoke alarms should be replaced every 10 years (at least) and tested monthly.
โš ๏ธTest each smoke alarm regularly.
โš ๏ธRefresh batteries in all smoke detectors when you change your clocks in the spring and fall.
