“The hopes and prayers of liberty-loving people everywhere march with you."

On this day, 82 years ago, Allied forces landed on the beaches of Normandy in what President Roosevelt called "the mighty endeavour."

More than 156,000 soldiers crossed the English Channel that day, facing extraordinary danger.

Today, we remember the courage, sacrifice, and determination of those who served on D-Day and throughout the Second World War.

Lest we forget.

Truck up for bids: 2007 GMC 1500. Starting bid is $1500.
Please call or visit the Park's office at 506-752-2922, Monday-Friday 8am-4pm(AT) to place bids, or ask any other questions. The truck can be seen in person at the Park's maintenance building.

Bids will close on Thursday, June 18th. The highest bidder will be notified shortly after that.

When most people think of Roosevelt Campobello International Park(the Park), they think of the Roosevelt Cottage - because, hello 😍

However, the Park is also home to almost a dozen trails, coastal scenery, and one of the island's most beloved landmarks, Mulholland Point Lighthouse.

Located just as you cross the FDR Memorial Bridge, it's the perfect place to pause, take in the view, and marvel at the Bay of Fundy. 🐳🌊
