🚨 Our local food banks need us🚨

Food insecurity is affecting more families than ever before, and some food banks are struggling to keep their shelves stocked. The reality that our neighbours may be turned away due to a lack of food is heartbreaking, but together, we can help.

Between now and June 20, is supporting local food banks to help fill their shelves.

How can you help?

🥫 Donate non-perishable food items
🛒 Pick up a few extra items during your next grocery trip

If you’re in the area or out shopping, please consider dropping off a donation. Every can, every box, and every bag makes a difference.

📍 Donations can be left on my porch at:
204 Thickson Road North, Whitby

I will personally ensure all donations are delivered to our local food banks.

Let’s show what Whitby does best—neighbours helping neighbours. Together, we can make sure no one in our community goes hungry.

Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and community spirit. ❤️

What a wonderful day yesterday at the Parade!

This year’s “Barnyard Boogie” theme brought so much energy, creativity, and community spirit to the streets of Brooklin. It was fantastic to see families, volunteers, local organizations, businesses, and residents come together to celebrate one of our community’s most cherished traditions.

Events like the Brooklin Spring Fair remind us of what makes our community so special connecting, generations coming together, and a shared pride in our local heritage.

Thank you to the organizers, volunteers, participants, and everyone who came out to make this year’s parade such a success. I am grateful to have been part of this amazing community celebration.
