Residents enjoyed an afternoon of games, friendly competition, laughter and time together on our 3rd floor outdoor patio. Activities like these bring movement, social connection and a little playful competition into everyday life at Bayview.

Our residents enjoyed a summer BBQ on Bayview’s 3rd floor outdoor patio overlooking beautiful White Rock. Our culinary team fired up the grill and served a delicious meal while residents relaxed, socialized and enjoyed the beautiful weather together.

Staying active and connected is an important part of life at Bayview Seniors Community in White Rock. ☕🥐

Our Walking Club recently enjoyed a beautiful outing to local favourite Laura's Coffee Corner for coffee, pastries, fresh air, and time together.

For seniors in long-term care, regular walks and community outings offer so much more than exercise. They encourage movement, social connection, time outdoors, and the opportunity to remain connected to the familiar White Rock community around us.

This weekend, our residents enjoyed a special discounted McDonald's lunch provided by Christian Espinar, General Manager of McDonald's White Rock.

Many residents chose to enjoy their Happy Meals together on our outdoor patio, soaking up the beautiful weather, while others relaxed indoors with friends.

Nothing says summer like ice cream shared with friends! 🍦☀️

A heartfelt thank you to Rainbow Ice Cream for stopping by last week and treating our residents and team to a delicious afternoon. On a warm summer day, there was no better way to cool off than with a scoop (or two!) and plenty of smiles.

The fun wasn't just for the people either. Even our four-legged friends, Cadence & Poet enjoyed a special treat, making the visit even more memorable for everyone.

It's thoughtful moments like these and the kindness of local businesses that help make our community feel so connected. Thank you, Rainbow Ice Cream, for bringing joy to Bayview!

Yesterday, our third floor patio overlooking beautiful White Rock waters was transformed into a tropical paradise for a fun-filled Hawaiian afternoon

Residents and team members embraced the island spirit, dressing in colourful Hawaiian shirts, leis, and fun sunglasses while enjoying refreshing tropical punch, festive snacks, and themed drinks complete with little umbrellas. Live music had everyone smiling, singing along, and soaking up the joyful atmosphere.

Events like these are about so much more than having fun. They create opportunities to connect, share laughs, make new memories, and bring our community together. Seeing so many smiles throughout the afternoon reminded us just how meaningful these moments can be.
