We are back with another update for our Youth Summer Fun Programs this year!

Last week, the kids were hard at work with a variety of different activities.

The 5-9s were busy bringing some sparkle to their very own mini water guns by baddazling them up with gems and glue, while the 10- 17s were crafting themselves some amazing boxes of sardines and sushi!

Both groups brought their creative A-game to the program and ended up leaving with some amazing little trinkets!

We are back at it again with another update for our Youth Summer Fun Programs this year!
Last week, the 5-9s took on learning to sew, making their very own little plush friends with both felt and paper!
The 10-17s were also hard at work, designing and constructing their very own light-up fish lanterns with papier-mache!

We also had an amazing special guest who joined us during our program on the 28th, and the kids had a wonderful time spoiling him with pets and attention.

Mars is a wonderful service dog who usually spends his time working at Pat Hardy School, but it can get a bit quiet throughout the summer, so he and his wonderful handler decided to stop by for a fun-filled visit!

Thank you to Mars and his wonderful handlers for being amazing and coming to give the kids some joy!

Dropping in with a midway update on our two youth Summer Programs that we are running this year! Both have been hard at work, whether it's building finger surfboards or learning to crochet for the first time; there hasn't been a dull moment!

A special thanks to Panago Pizza for being a sponsor for our programs, and a massive supporter every year! The kids were all very excited to receive their coupons for free pizzas, and were pumped to pose for pictures with them.

Summer programs began last week at the Whitecourt & District Public Library and we got off to a fantastic start! :)
This was the first program for the adults this summer, and we were extremely fortunate to have Jeannine come and teach a class on how to make a fairy garden! Everyone had a great time, and check out these amazing creations that all went home with their very creative participants! Great job, everyone...
