🐢 A Special Visit from SDG Turtles 🐢

Our Adult Day Program had some very special visitors at the Villa! 🌿💚 The SDG Turtles team stopped by to spend some time with our participants and teach us all about the turtles found right here in our community.

It was a wonderful opportunity to learn more about these fascinating creatures, their habitats, and the importance of protecting our local wildlife. Our participants had lots of questions and thoroughly enjoyed this educational visit! 🐢🌎

A big thank you to SDG Turtles for taking the time to visit us and share your knowledge! We loved having you! 💚

🎂🚨 BIRTHDAY ALERT… but make it fashionably late! 🚨🎂

Okay, so apparently our calendar had a few birthdays sneak past us while we were busy doing all the things 😅🙈

We are officially saying SORRY for missing these special days! Please bear with us as we play a little catch-up and get back on track. Better late than never… right?! 😂🎉

🧀 Say CHEESE! 😄🧀

Our Adult Day crew had a grate time visiting St-Albert Cheese! From checking out how the cheese is made to enjoying a fun day out together, there were plenty of smiles, laughs, and maybe a little bit of cheese tasting along the way! 😉

It was a gouda day filled with great company, good food, and even better memories! 💛

We’re already cheddar-ing up ideas for our next adventure! 😆🧀

🚲☀️ Taking in the sights, one pedal at a time! 🌊

Our Adult Day Program enjoyed a beautiful day cycling along the Morrisburg waterfront! From fresh air and sunshine to great conversation and plenty of smiles, it was the perfect way to get out, stay active, and enjoy everything our community has to offer.

There’s nothing better than making memories together! 🚴‍♀️🌿

J.W. MacIntosh Community Support Services is looking for donations of new gift items or gift cards for our 2026 Advent Calendar Fundraiser.

✨ We're creating two Advent calendars, each filled with 24 individually wrapped surprises. Two lucky winners will each take home a calendar and unwrap one special gift every day leading up to Christmas!

What a clay-mazing afternoon! 🎨🏺

Our Adult Day Program participants had an absolute blast getting creative with pottery today! There were plenty of smiles, laughter, and hidden artistic talents on display as everyone enjoyed shaping their own unique masterpieces.

A huge thank you to Fishlandmuddler for providing such a fun, hands-on experience. We love creating opportunities for our participants to try something new, express their creativity, and make wonderful memories together.

We can’t wait to see what our artists create next! 💙✨
