📚🎨With our Summer Reading Program officially over I would like to give a big thank you to the Community Initiatives Fund for providing us with a grant to help make this program possible. Thank you to our two Summer Reading Leaders, Emma and Asilynn, for being a great help with the kids and carrying out each program wonderfully. Thank you to all the kids for attending the program and the parents who brought them. All of you played a part in making this a successful program! I really appreciate it and hope all the kids had fun.

Thursday was our last day of our Summer Reading Program. We had our final dinosaur day. This time they had to find all the tiny dinosaurs hidden around the library, followed by building their own dinosaur and decorating a giant egg for it and then they got to build some dinosaurs with their snacks!

This week was dinosaur themed. Part of our “Giant Summer” themed programming. On Tuesday we had a dino-facts scavenger hunt, made some dinosaur eggs and had some snacks. The eye ball stickers kind of stole the show and most eggs ended up looking more monstrous than prehistoric haha.
