Our featured presentation welcomes Dr. Drew Marquardt, Professor and Head of the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at the University of Windsor, cross-appointed in Physics, and an internationally recognized leader in biophysical research.
Topic: Neutrons, Biological Membranes & the Future of Medical Research 🔬
What are neutrons, how are they produced, and why are they so important? Dr. Marquardt will explore how neutron scattering is used to study biological membranes, with research that has exciting applications in medicine and the potential for Windsor to become an important centre for scientific research and treatment.
