A HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who participated, volunteered, donated, fundraised, and cheered us on during this year’s Ride for Refuge in support of Matthew House Windsor.

🍕 A special shout-out to RED SWAN PIZZA Tecumseh our Goods & Services Sponsor, for generously feeding our riders and volunteers after the event. Thank you for being part of our mission!

The wheels may have stopped turning, but the impact keeps growing! Together, we’ve now raised an incredible $11,220! 🙌

Every dollar helps Matthew House provide safe shelter, food, and compassionate support to refugee claimants seeking safety and rebuilding their lives in Windsor-Essex. Your generosity helps bring Hope, Home, and Family to those who need it most.

Thank you for showing up, giving generously, and reminding refugee claimants that they are welcome, valued, and not alone. If you meant to give but didn’t get around to it, there’s still time! Donations will be accepted until the end of October.

This Thanksgiving we're especially grateful for the many firsts that families coming to Matthew House experience. Like their first Thanksgiving 🦃where they can safely celebrate a new beginning. For many of these refugee families, these blessings mean more than words can say.

May we never take for granted the peace, security, and kindness that help make a place feel like home. 🏡

From our Matthew House family to yours, wishing you a Thanksgiving filled with gratitude, hope, and love.❤️
