Step one of getting your family back into the school routine: Make sure they are getting enough sleep.

• Kids ages 5-13 need 9-11 hours of sleep each night
• Teens ages 14-17 years old need 8 -10 hours of sleep

Going to bed and waking up at the same time helps your child get the hours of sleep they need.

Parents, don’t forget to take care of yourselves as well! You need 7-9 hours of uninterrupted sleep every night.
