Today marked an important milestone for the Pelissier Park residential development in downtown Windsor, with Pelissier Park Ltd. celebrating the official groundbreaking on the site!

Announced through the City’s Housing Solutions Made for Windsor initiative, the Pelissier Park development represents a $16.8 million investment that will add new housing options to the downtown core, including affordable units.
