Announced through the City’s Housing Solutions Made for Windsor initiative, the Pelissier Park development represents a $16.8 million investment that will add new housing options to the downtown core, including affordable units. As the first Housing Solutions Made for Windsor project to begin construction, the development reflects continued progress toward increasing housing supply and supporting downtown revitalization.
