Funding opportunity is available for eligible business owners and the property owners to support a wide range of projects, including business expansion and local investment, storefront enhancements, new signage, property standard upgrades, and essential structural or life-safety improvements, creating more functional and efficient spaces, improving accessibility, enhancing the overall appeal and usability of the property, and more.
