At Huddle Broadway, we believe young people should be heard, valued, and actively involved in shaping the services that support them. Through our Youth Advisory Committee and ongoing opportunities for youth to share their ideas, experiences, and feedback, we strive to ensure that the voices of young people with lived and living experience help guide what we do.

Listening is an ongoing commitment. We know there is always room to grow, learn, and do better, and we are committed to continuing to improve how we listen, respond, and put youth knowledge and ideas into action. Because when young people feel heard, meaningful change can happen. 💛
