I don’t know where the last two months have gone. April’s book of the month is a local one. Wînipêk, by Manitoban Niigaan Sinclair. You could call this an encyclopedia of indigenous history in Manitoba. All Manitobans should read it. It’s important.

Please consider making a donation of gently used books to the little free library at 426 Kildare Ave East. Their library was vandalized last night and they lost all of their books. They take adults and childrens.

The library is re-stocked with a variety of books for all ages.

Spring is here! The snowbank is low enough now for access to the library. I’ve seen some activity and I’ve added more children and adult books alike. Stop by, we are always open!
