Self-care refers to the intentional actions and choices that support physical, emotional, mental and social well-being. Self-care is essential to maintaining overall health and well-being, helps to regulate stress levels, and start/end the day in a helpful way.

This session explores what self-care really means, addresses common myths, and introduces four key areas that support a balanced and sustainable routine.

Participants will reflect on their current habits, identify gaps, and learn practical strategies to strengthen self-care in ways that fit their life.
