We are now accepting applications for a Program Manager.
The successful candidate must be comfortable working with volunteers, stakeholders and youth in a school and college setting.
The candidate will plan and deliver Trades Awareness Programs within both rural Manitoba and the city of Winnipeg.
The ideal candidate will:
Coordinate and execute the annual Skills Manitoba Competition;
Plan and deliver programs needed throughout Manitoba (rural and urban areas);
Maintain positive relationships with volunteer staff of Skills Manitoba (which exceeds 400 volunteers) and continually solicit for further volunteers to support the Skills organization;
Establish and support appropriate advisory and communication networks among our various client groups;
Travel to various program locations within the province: 3-4 times per year;
Develop annual program plans and budget for approval;
Develop program material and activities for the distribution to schools and stakeholders;
