National Historic Site and arts and cultural district in the heart of downtown Winnipeg.

The Exchange District National Historic Site is one of Winnipeg's most colourful and cosmopolitan neighbourhoods. This 20-square-block district showcases North America's most extensive collection of terra-cotta and cut stone architecture. This remarkable district dates back to when Winnipeg transformed from a modest pioneer settlement to Western Canada's largest metropolitan centre. Today, the Exchange District is known as the Cultural Mecca of Winnipeg. It is home to a diverse mix of commercial, cultural, educational, recreational and residential developments. The area is known for its arts community and wide range of entertainment and specialty shops and services.

On Saturday, September 26, come experience an evening of live music, improvisation and audiovisual experimentation with Compost + Friends 🎶✨ 
📍 John Hirsch Place, behind Pantages Playhouse 🗓️ Saturday, September 26 ⏰ 8 PM–midnight 🎟️ Free! 
Winnipeg groove trio Compost will join forces with DJ Hunnicutt and special guest vocalists for an evolving night of live performance and DJ sets, with live digital projections by Winnipeg media artist Scott Fitzpatrick. 
Expect unexpected collaborations, spontaneous moments and plenty of good sounds under the night sky.

• General maintenance and community initiatives

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, organized, physically fit, and positive, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

The position may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and work in various weather conditions.
