THANK YOU TO EVERYONE AT GORDIE'S COFFEE HOUSE (GORDON KING MEMORIAL AKA THE BIG RED CHURCH
The recent Wang Dang Doodle FUNdraiser was a tremendous success.
BIG dollars were raised for House of Hesed and we are so very, very grateful.
This event has been happening for over 13 years and it just keeps get better and more funner every year.
A big shout out to Lex Jefferson and her crew and to all of the incredible entertainers and to everyone who donated to the amazing Silent Auction.
To everyone who supported this event in any way, we thank you form the bottom of our hearts

It's a tad ironic that Dr Brent Roussin cites that the lack of affordable, stable housing may contribute to the frightening rise in HIV rates in our Province

House of Hesed has been a loving home for men and women living with HIV/AIDS in Manitoba for the past 28 years.
To my knowledge, we are still the only service offering a HOME. Yet we are struggling financially more than ever.
No increase in the "Room and Board with Care" rate for over 8 years.
Definitely not keeping up with the rise in inflation

Maintaining this ministry and keeping it fully operational matters a great deal to the 10 men and women who call House of Hesed, "their HOME"

Thanks be to God and everyone who supports this ministry in our efforts to keep us from closing our doors permanently.
